Instrumentation

The pumps and pumping systems we supply have control and instrumentation to manage, control and maintain the individual items of plant.

We can supply many different options, a selection of which are now available to buy online at www.candashop.co.uk, and some of which are detailed below.

Ultrasonic Level Control Systems

Pulsar Ultra 5

Pulsar Advance Range offers an alternative.

These systems are effective in wet wells, weirs and flumes where foam and turbulence are typical operating conditions. They can be customized to meet your specific application needs, from measuring flow rate in a narrow flume to volume in a storage bank.

C&A Pumps are stockists of the range of Pulsar level-control equipment working closely with the manufacturer to ensure that up-to-date equipment is kept in stock to serve the needs of our customers. Our engineers and sales team are available to discuss any requirements you may have for Pulsar Level Measurement. http://www.pulsar-pm.com

Radar Level Transmitters

Radar level monitor

For non-contact level indication, process control and tank gauging.

You can use non-contact radar gauges for tank and vessel level measurement on almost any liquid and many solids, whether in storage or during processing.

Radar level measurement is a versatile option because it is unaffected by changes to product or process: temperature, pressure, density, conductivity, vapours or dust.

Radar transmitters are non-contact, making them versatile and extremely reliable.

All units have built in linearisation software to calculate the level versus shape and provide a direct output of contents.

Conventional Bulb Float Controls

Float-switch

The simplest possible method for level control! A mechanical switch in a plastic casing, freely suspended at the desired height from its own cable. When the liquid level reaches the regulator, the casing will tilt and the mechanical switch will close or break the circuit, thereby starting or stopping a pump or actuating an alarm device. No wear, no maintenance! In sewage pumping stations, for ground water and drainage pumping - in fact, for most level control applications.

We can offer a wide range of control systems.
